1. Digital Services Policy

Due to the nature of digital marketing services, we do not offer refunds once work has begun or deliverables have been provided. Each project includes defined milestones and approval stages to ensure client satisfaction.

2. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order before work has started, contact us immediately at retayeby@gmall.com. Approved cancellations may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to administrative costs.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Completed marketing campaigns

  • Paid advertisements already executed

  • SEO or social media management work already performed
